After a total of 27 years on the management board, Hubertus transitioned to the supervisory board and currently supports the company as a Senior Partner. He played a key role in building and positioning SHS as a leading healthcare industry investor and was responsible for the finance division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is an experienced investment professional with a strong focus on the financial and operational performance of our investments. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and certified tax advisor, he sharpened his business acumen as a Corporate Finance Manager at Arthur Andersen before joining SHS in 1997. He has extensive experience as an advisory board member for MedTech companies and has structured a number of transactions in which SHS, as lead investor, supported companies in their growth phase and achieved successful exits, either through trade sales or IPOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition, Hubertus is actively involved on a voluntary basis as a member of the examination committee for certified balance sheet accountants and as a lecturer in adult education in the field of finance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In his free time, Hubertus loves jogging through the Sch\u00f6nbuch forest and has a passion for two- and four-wheeled mobility.
